Hello, fellow runners and coaches!
My PT 2 Go is now offering a strength training class for runners and athletes every Thursday evening for ALL levels.
This class will be filled with evidence-based exercises to help improve on the area that many of us runners tend to avoid---strength! These workouts are designed to give a better foundation for endurance, speed, and VO2max.
All runners, wannabe runners, and returning from an injury runners should be STRENGTH TRAINING!
Drs April Douglas and Susana Cicchetti, both licensed Physical Therapists, avid runners, and former high school and collegiate athletes, will be leading the classes.
Classes will be held every Thursday from 6pm to 7pm at the My PT 2 Go clinic.
