insurance

My PT 2 Go is only In Network with TRICARE.

My PT 2 Go accepts HSA, FSA, and cash/credit. Upon request, My PT 2 Go can give you a complimentary Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please make sure to check with your insurance provider whether you need authorization before treatment. My PT 2 Go would be considered an Out of Network (OON) provider. My PT 2 Go is not responsible for your insurance reimbursement.

Due to high deductibles and limitations on access to visits for Physical Therapy, My PT 2 Go has opted to be Out of Network. For those with a high deductible, you will often be paying a much higher rate if you see someone In Network. My PT 2 Go offers 60-90min appointments that are only with your provider, and this is not seen at insurance-based clinics, due to limitations with insurance.

*We currently do not work with those that have Medicare as their primary insurance unless it is a wellness visit. Though we would love to work with this population, we are not allowed due to insurance rules and regulations.
