... and this is just to name a few. Now, the point of bringing this up is not to tell you to cut these foods out of your diet but rather to bring to light what items you are consuming and how they affect you. You can take this knowledge and it apply to OAB in many different ways. Knowing what is going on gives you the power to act in what works best for you.
Just like knowing what Irritates the Bladder, knowing what soothes it is important. Take this information and evaluate your diet. Some changes may need to be made or can you give yourself a high five?!

Certain foods and liquids can irritate your bladder, making it feel like you have to go when you really don’t. Check out the list below for some common foods & see if you have an irritating diet (Wink).
Alcoholic beverages
Apples
Coffee, caffeine
Carbonated beverages including water
Citrus fruits
Cranberry juice
Chocolate
Milk products (what?!): cheese, yogurt,ice cream
Sugar - especially artificial sweeteners
Peaches
Pineapples
Strawberries
Tea
Vinegar
Tomatoes
